Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Intervalle Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Ireland, whose registered office is at Unit 103, Castleknock Square, Castleknock, Dublin, D15 X2FK, Ireland ("we", "us", "BEVA").

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use BEVA.

1. What BEVA is

BEVA is a personal coaching application. It writes training programmes, calculates nutrition targets, adapts what it gives you based on what you log, and answers your questions through an AI coach.

2. What BEVA is not

BEVA is not a doctor, a physiotherapist, or a dietitian, and nothing it tells you is medical advice.

BEVA does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Its programmes and nutrition targets are general fitness guidance generated from the information you give it, not a clinical assessment of you.

Before you start any new exercise or nutrition programme — and particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, taking medication, or living with a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, an eating disorder or any other medical condition — speak to a qualified healthcare professional. If a healthcare professional's advice conflicts with anything BEVA tells you, follow theirs.

If you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting, or any symptom that alarms you, stop immediately and seek medical attention. Do not ask BEVA about it instead.

3. Exercise carries risk

Physical training involves a risk of injury, and that risk is yours. You are responsible for judging whether an exercise is appropriate for you, for using correct technique, for choosing loads you can control, and for stopping when something hurts.

BEVA will adapt what it gives you if you tell it about pain, injuries and limitations — but it only knows what you tell it. Keeping that information accurate and current is your responsibility, and it is the single most important thing you can do to make BEVA safe for you.

4. Who can use BEVA

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You must give accurate information about yourself, and keep it accurate — BEVA's output is only as good as what you tell it.

You may hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us at hello@getbeva.com if you believe someone else has access to it.

5. What it costs

BEVA is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you clearly before anything is charged, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first. Nothing in these terms authorises us to take payment from you.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use BEVA to harm yourself or anyone else. Specifically, don't:

  • use it if you are under 18, or create an account for someone who is;
  • misrepresent your health, age or identity in a way that would cause BEVA to give you unsafe guidance;
  • attempt to access another person's account or data;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service, or attempt to extract the coaching logic behind it;
  • resell, redistribute or white-label BEVA's output as your own coaching product;
  • use automated means to create accounts or generate programmes at scale;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or attack the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

7. Your content, and ours

Yours stays yours. The information you enter, the sessions you log, the notes you write and the photos you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them for the sole purpose of operating BEVA for you — generating your programme, adapting it, answering your questions, and keeping you safe. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

Ours stays ours. BEVA's software, coaching methodology, exercise library, written content, brand and design are owned by Intervalle Technologies Ltd. Using BEVA gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service; it does not transfer any ownership to you.

8. Availability

We aim to keep BEVA available and working, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of a training programme, exercise, or nutrition target generated by BEVA, where you have used it without regard to your own physical condition or against professional medical advice;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data;
  • our total liability to you, for any claim arising out of these terms, is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €100.

If you are a consumer, none of this affects your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

10. Ending it

You can leave at any time. Delete your account from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may close your account if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use BEVA after that means you accept the updated terms; if you don't, delete your account.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protections of your own country's mandatory consumer law and may bring proceedings there.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
